Adulterated sweets are available in the market as soon as the festival comes and if we think of bringing mawa or khoya from the market and making some sweets at home, then what should we do if the purity of khoya is not guaranteed in the market.
You do not need to worry, because today we have brought you a recipe for dessert that you will not need mawa to make and this dessert is very tasty.
Ingredients for making non-mawa sweets
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Semolina - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
Milk Powder - 2 Tablespoons
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil or ghee - for frying

First prepare sugar syrup
Put sugar and water in a pot and keep it on the gas and then let the water heat up; when a little water gets hot, add 3-4 leaves of saffron and mix them well. Then add 2 to 3 drops of saffron food color to it, mix the water again and turn off the gas after 3 to 4 minutes, one thing to be careful while making the syrup is that the sugar syrup is sticky and there is no wire in it.

Dessert preparation
Put ghee in a pan and let it heat up; when it gets hot, slow down the gas and add semolina and fry it. We have to fry only lightly and take care that the color of the semolina does not change, now add a little milk in it and keep adding the semolina mixture and keep stirring it until it becomes thick.
When it becomes thick like khoya, turn off the gas and take out the khoya in a plate and when it cools down a little, add cardamom powder and milk powder over it and knead it well.
Last step to make dessert

Now you can design a dessert using any mesh basket, pony or folk used for frying. Now take a dough of that mixture of semolina and give it a round shape like a tikki and now you can give any kind of design on it.
Heat oil or ghee in a pan and when it gets hot, fry all the prepared sweets till they turn golden brown from both the sides and then take them out. Now heat the sugar syrup and soak all those sweets in it and then take it out, so take your delicious dessert without mawa.
