IPL 2020: Highest run-scorers of each team in IPL so far

IPL season 13 has already begun with full of excitement and entertainment. In IPL 2020 we witnessed many unbelievable matches and many records were broken. Today let's take a look at the highest run scorer of each IPL teams:

1. KL Rahul (Kings IX Punjab) - 222 runs

The captain of Kings IX Punjab KL Rahul has scored most runs for his team in IPL so far KL Rahul scored 222 runs from just 3 innings which includes a century against RCB in the 2nd match of their league match. KL Rahul also scored highest individual score by a captain in the history of IPL.

2. Faf du Plessis (Chennai Super Kings)- 173 runs

Faf du Plessis the captain of South African cricket team is now the leading run scorer of Chennai Super Kings. Faf du Plessis scored 173 runs in 3 innings in IPL which includes two half centuries against Mumbai Indians and Rajasthan Royals.

3. Sanju Samson (Rajasthan Royals) - 159 runs

Sanju Samson one of the best young talent in Indian cricket is Sanju Samson. Samson scored 159 runs from just two innings. Sanju Samson scored two half centuries in two innings which is against Kings IX Punjab and Chennai Super Kings.

4. AB de Villiers (Royal Challengers Banglore)- 134 runs

One of most dangerous batsmen in IPL is AB de Villiers. AB de Villiers has scored 134 runs in three innings all the two fifties came in a winning note. AB de Villiers scored half centuries against Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians.

5. Jonny Bairstow (Sunrisers Hyderabad)- 119 runs

Jonny Bairstow one of the best opening batsmen in IPL scored 119 in 3 innings. Jonny Bairstow scored half centuries against Royal Challengers Banglore and Delhi Capitals. Jonny Lee played key role in the squad in the match against Delhi Capitals.

6. Rohit Sharma (Mumbai Indians)- 100 runs

One of the best captain in IPL history is Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma scored a half centuries in the match against Kolkata knight riders. Rohit Sharma scored 100 runs in three innings in IPL so far.

7. Rishabh Pant (Delhi Capitals)- 96 runs

Youngster Rishabh Pant is the highest run scorer for Delhi Capitals. Pant is the key player in Delhi Capitals squad who toon the responsibility in two innings against Chennai Super Kings and Kings IX Punjab. Pant need to step up for his team and take the responsibility and play till final over.

8. Shubman Gill (Kolkata Knight Riders)- 77 runs

Young player is leading run scorer for KKR in IPL 200 for Kolkata Knight Riders so far. Shubman Gill scored 77 runs from two innings. Shubman Gill played key role in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

IPL 2020 Royal challengers Bangalore beat Mumbai Indians in super over despite Ishan Kishan , Pollard heroics.

Entertainment is the only word that we can say about the match. Raining sixes and fours ,runs flowing every where recording of 400+ runs in the match.Royal challengers Bangalore recorded their second win in IPL.

Winning toss Mumbai Indians opt to bowl. The new opening pair of RCB gave a good start they needed with finch scoring his first half century 54 of 35 in this IPL playing in red jersey. They scored highest score in power play this year.virat Kohli came in next after dismissal of Aaron finch by Trent Boult. But couldn't find his line and got dismissed for 3 of 11 balls.As the run rate is getting down then started the ab show joining hands with Dev Dutt both started to score quickly before young opener Dev Dutt got out .But this didn't stop the AB show along with AB Shivam Dube joined the party with three sixes. Ab scored 54 runs in 24 balls. RCB managed to score 70 runs in last 5 overs and scored 203 loosing 3 wickets.

Mumbai Indians while chasing the target of 203 lost early wickets of the big man Rohit Sharma 8 of 8 balls by Washington Sundar .After loss of early wicket Mumbai Indians didn't looked like they are in the game they lost two consecutive wickets of Quinton de cock and Surya Kumar Yadav.

The actual drama starts from here when Mumbai Indians need 85 runs from 30 balls and Royal challengers Bangalore looks like they are in game for sure but this wasn't what the duo Ishan and Pollard thought.pollard took on Adam Zampa scoring 30 runs. In next over he targeted chahal and scored 26 runs.

When 19 runs required Ishan Kishan and Pollard could only make 18 runs when they need 5 runs for the last ball .Ishan Kishan scored 99 and got out in 5th ball of last over.Eventually the match tied.

In super over Pollard and Hardik came to bat and managed to score 8 runs in Navdeep Saini bowling. AB and Virat came and made it for RCB in the last ball

IPL 2020: SRH New Head Coach Trevor Bayliss Will Do A Better Job Than Tom Moody- Muttiah Muralitharan

Sunrisers Hyderabad bowling coach Muttiah Muralitharan is looking forward to work with the newly appointed head coach Trevor Bayliss as the Indian Premier League (IPL) is slated to begin from 19th September.

Tom Moddy was the head coach of the Hyderabad team who served until 2019. He has been replaced by Trevor Bayliss, who has previously led to two IPL titles win between 2012 and 2015. SRH has also roped in new assistant coach Brad Haddin, who was the KKR player in 2011. Haddin has prior coaching experience with Australia, having been appointed fielding coach of the side in 2017 after coaching Australia A that year.

Muttiah Muralitharan hopeful Trevor Bayliss will do a better job:

Muttiah Muralitharan, who was coached by Bayliss when played for the Sri Lanka team, has welcomed the inclusion of new coaching staff. He said that the addition of Trevor Bayliss as head coach could mean a different way of thinking. Murali hoped that the former KKR coach would do a better job.

“I know him, he had coached me as well for four years in Sri Lanka. We know each other and I think it is a new addition and it is a different way of thinking,” Muttiah Muralitharan said in the video posted on SRH’s official Twitter handle. 

“In the last seven years, Tom was very good with us and hopefully, Trevor Bayliss will do a better job,” the bowling coach said.

SRH has won its maiden and only IPL title in 2016 after beating Royal Challengers Bangalore in the grand finale. In 2018, they entered the great finale of the tournament but MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings defeated them. Last year, they failed to qualify in the playoff and ended at the fourth position in the points table.

David Warner led SRH is a potential contender for winning title. They will play their first match of the tournament against Royal Challengers Bangalore on 21 September.
