​PLANK POSE : Lie down on your stomach. Now lift your knees from the mat by putting pressure on your hands & elbow.Your body should be straight line from head to legs.Put your shoulders right above your wrist.Hold this position for a few seconds to reduce body weight.

LOW PLANK : In this pose,your body parallel to the ground by the help of your hands and legs.This pose helps to lose weight easily. In this position,your arm strength helps to lose arm,neck and shoulder fat.

WARRIOR II POSE : Bend your front knee so your thigh is parallel to the ground.Put your hands in a straight line parallel to your shoulders.In this position you can reduce thigh weight.
