Sonakshi Sinha an Indian actress and playback singer born on 2 June 1987 in Patna, Bihar. She is the daughter of the famous bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha. She is the youngest in the family with 2 brothers named Luv Sinha & Kush Sinha. Her father is also a politician and became member of parliament from BJP party. She completed her schooling from the Arya vidya mandir and later graduate in the fashion designing and work as costume designer initially.
She earlier works as a costume designer for many films. Her first leading role in the film Dabbang gave her name and fame in 2010. She is very talented in her acting skills as she had won many awards including Filmfare award, star screen award, zee cine award, lion’s gold award and many other. She also appeared as judge in many reality shows including Indian Idol on Sony tv and many others. She also became judge in a web series named myntra fashion superstar.
